Hello! My name is Hanna Nassar and I'm originially from the west coast of Florida. I recently graduated from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) with a B.S. in Behavioral Cognitive Neuroscience. While in school, I focused my elective courses primarily on medical sciences in order to prepare myself for a future in the medical field. Specifically, I'm working towards becoming a Physician's Assistant.
While in college, I was heavily involved in the Baptist Collegiate Ministry, serving two years as a Bible study leader and one year as the President. It was at the BCM that I met the love of my life, Josh. We dated for about a year and a half before being married in the church we both attended. Shortly after our wedding, we moved to Oklahoma City to start a new life; so far, we are loving the adventure! Josh works as a programmer designing software for airplanes and I am a Care Team Associate at the University of Oklahoma Medical Center.
Medicine has always intrigued me and, consequently, I have been involved in it since my early years of high school. I've had experience with both volunteer and paid work in clinical and non-clinical settings. I absolutely love the work, as well as the feeling of making a real difference in people's lives. It is this feeling that really pushes me to pursue excellence in all of my work. Although I am working now, I hope to continue my education here in Oklahoma City to become a PA. I wish to continue making a difference in this world while also working my dream job!
